Fastrack Care

Yes, it’s all about You!

Compassion! This is at the heart of everything we do and interesting to note that it is one of the 5 CQC standards ‘Compassionate treatment’.  We started Fastrack (Care) Resources out of a sincere passion for people needing care, because we understand when a family member needs care, then everyone needs care and that is what Fastrack Resources delivers, passionately delivering the best care possible to individuals and families.

Training is central to the service and core part of the carer induction process. All new carers receive an induction training course, followed by a yearly refresher. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.

We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and provide a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.

Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person’s life.

Fastrack 'Fast' Response

Our support staff are there to make sure that we have all the procedures working well to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, including our ability to start work for a client often within 24 or 48 hours of the request.

NHS ‘Home-First’ Approach is hugely supported by Fastrack Care, we want as many people as possible to choose to stay in their own homes for as long as they possibly can, so the families can  enjoy those special memorable moments, safe in the knowledge that their loved ones are in capable and caring hands.

Our carers become valued members of the community, as they uphold our key principles of kindness and compassion with the eagerness to deliver the highest standard of care with dignity, respect and compassion at the core.

Technology has always been a major focus for us in improving the care experience of our clients, from greater contact and transparency between carers, clients and family to improvements in office procedures, we are constantly looking out for exciting ways in which technology can play a part in providing you with a first-class service.

For Clients:

In addition to our 24hour call service, Fastrack Care is making huge inroads into the 21st Century by providing family and friends of our clients access to our clients’ care records using an App on their Smart phones. The key benefit is that it provides peace of mind to family – especially if work commitments or distance prevents daily visits to loved ones under our care.

As part of this (free of charge) service we give you online access to scheduled and actual call visit times, names of carers, notes of visits relating to each task performed and also allows you to send messages to the office with any particular care concerns that you may have.

Please call our office to find out if this service is available in your area. Full roll-out is expected before the end of 2024.
